We are a statewide organization, but have an office in Rochester. The Arc Minnesota promotes and protects the Human Rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout the state. People with disabilities trust the Arc for information, assistance, education, advocacy and public Policy leadership. The Arc MN offers information and resources, a housing program, Advocacy, a Help Desk line, Self-Advocacy Programs, The Regional Quality Council and so much more.
