Fernbrook Family Center
At Fernbrook Family Center, we provide mental health services by using innovative strategies to build relationships and transform lives. We provide services to clients of all ages; from birth through adulthood. Fernbrook Family Center will work with clients and their families in their home, school, community or one of our offices; provide therapy and skill development to improve emotional well-being, build healthy relationships, and foster resiliency.
We are located in 8 locations across Southern MN (Rochester, Kasson, Red Wing, Austin, Owatonna, Faribault, Waseca, Mankato). We provide diagnostic assessments, individual/group/family skills, individual/family therapy, and medication management.
